Hi Who~Knew, Thank you so much for the advice! I am signed up for the winter Li-Heap program. I have been approved but they are waiting on thier funding to come through right now. Luckily, my son found a new job today!!! So that is great, but he'll have to wait 2 weeks at least for his first check. And, I do have an attorney. We are in the "waiting" phase of the hearing part.
